In Cases of Sports Injuries We Need to Find How the Injury Occurred and What is Cause or Reasons for the Pain.
First we must do a focused physical exam on the area where you are feeling the pain.
After exam, we narrow down and find the cause of the injury/pain.From there, an assessment of possible treatments for injury. We may be able to we apply necessary therapies, that are a combination of Deep Tissue Massage, Active Release Technique and Mobilizing the Joint. For the injuries that are more severe we refer out to the proper specialist orthopedist, neurologist, pain management, etc.
For the majority of most injuries the concept is to minimize or eliminate possible scar tissue that can form due to inflammation. When the scar tissue is removed, the muscle and bone structure can function properly (it can have the full potential of strength and range of motion).
